We are looking for an energetic Product Merchandiser with hands on approach who has an eye on trends. You are experienced in understanding your market's needs, and a collaborator with Design team for the best collection based on Brand Direction.

Product Merchandiser
Full time - 40 hours per week

• Build range plans per product / target group at the right pricing strategy in Brand direction based on historical data per channel; trend analysis and market research driving sales and profitability.
• Gain in depth understanding of Sales Channels by pursuing market research and report on substantial findings to relevant departments including sell-in / sell-out analysis periodically.
• Identify growth opportunities and build strategies for your product area by channel, margin, category.
• Ownership and accountability of product forecasting.
• Able to influence and collaborate across multiple disciplines including but not limited to Sales, Design, Buying, Marketing, Licensees, to maintain range plan, price architecture and margins.
• Drive opportunities for SMU development and injection programs.
• Support Pre-Season Manager in seasonal alignment.

• Responsible of Commercial Seasonal Calendar.
• Own the Seasonal Deck flow from Merch to Channels.
• Own / support SMS strategy for Field Accounts, Distributors, Licensees within SMS budget.
• Provide access of seasonal range to our Global Licensees.

In this role you will report into the Pre-Season Manager. You'll be part of a dynamic, small and enthusiastic team where new ideas and creativity thrive.

What are we looking for:

• 4-6 years' experience in merchandising preferably in a wholesale driven environment.
• Educational level: Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office - especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
• A love for board sports.
• Passion for following trends and market curiosity.
