The role:
As the Demand Planner you're responsible for the monitoring and execution of the demand plan, in-season forecasting, overall stock plan and assortment planning.

Key accountabilities:

Collecting and maintaining forecasts and PFS (product Forecast System) data from Own & Operated subsidiaries, Retail, Distributors and licensees, such that:

• Forecasts of the partners are analyzed and adjustments are made where necessary;
• Work with Sales to get the targets set and loaded on time;
• Alignment with financial plan (target) is in place;
• Product/sales cancellations within the organization are managed;
• Data and processes are monitored and controlled;
• The sales order desk is provided with the relevant information;
• Economical stock position is managed.
  

Develops and prepares a demand plan for buying decisions, such that:

• The demand plan is developed and prepared in a timely manner;
• Initiate and plan the buying decision meetings (bi-weekly)
• Request from external stakeholders is translated into purchasing proposals;
• Target stocks on the basis of stock range are planned and maintained;
• Product allocation priorization is determined;
• The demand plan is up to date and accurate;
• The demand plan is monitored and well managed.
• Seasonal feedback to management on quality of the process and sell-inn development.
  

Manages the key accounts and in season assortment, such that:

• Sales targets setting are well coordinated;
• Supply and demand issues are analyzed and improved;
• The assortment plan is up to date.
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational level: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar;
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar/analytical role;
• Excellent knowledge of Englisch verbal and written;
• Excellent knowledge of MS office, reporting tools;
• Affinity with IT Software.
